CDAX sharply lower

The market dropped considerably jeudi, and Cdax-Gesamtindex (Perf) (CDAX) closed at 1851 points after a decline of 3.0 percent. L'indice has never lost more in one day since mars 4, when it was down 3.5 percent. L'indice has thereby closed down ten out of the past 12 days.

60 shares showed a gain and 190 showed a loss. 24 shares were unchanged and closed at the same price as the previous day. There was no trading in 18 shares.

Total value of the trading volume for shares and primary capital certificates jeudi was approximately 7.6 billion.

Siemens AG (SIE) closed at 197 euro after posting a loss of 8.0 percent. We must go back to mars 18. 2020 to find an equally steep drop. That time l'action lost 10.0 percent. L'action has thereby closed down nine out of the past 12 days. L'action is trend wise positive in the medium term.
Adidas AG (ADS) closed at 195 euro after posting a loss of 11.7 percent. The previous time l'action lost this much was mars 12. 2020, when it closed down 13.4 percent. The volume was also high. At session end it was bought and sold shares for about 401 million euro in l'action, which equals four times mean daily turnover. L'action is trend wise positive in the medium term.
Basf SE (BAS) closed at 43.38 euro after posting a loss of 6.0 percent. We must go back to février 24. 2023 to find an equally steep drop. That time l'action lost 7.9 percent. L'action has thereby closed down ten out of the past 12 days. Technically, however, it looks good. L'action is trend wise positive in the medium term and a further increase is indicated.
Infineon Technologies AG (IFX) closed at 28.16 euro after a steep drop of 8.0 percent. We must go back to août 3. 2023 to find an equally steep drop. That time l'action lost 9.3 percent. L'action has thereby closed down six out of the past seven days. L'action broke down through the support at 28.68 euro in formation rectangulaire. This triggered a sell signal on increasing volume and a further drop to 20.68 euro within one year and seven months is indicated.
Vonovia SE (VNA) ended with a solid gain of 7.4 percent and closed at 26.61 euro. L'action has never gained more in one day since décembre 14. 2023, when it was up 7.8 percent. It does, however, not look good technically. L'action is trend wise negative in the medium term and a further decline is indicated.
