Tuloksia malliosakesalkut toinen vuosineljännes 2012 (18. heinäkuuta 2012)

Investtechin malliosakesalkut nousivat toisena vuosineljänneksenä keskimäärin 1.3 prosenttipistettä viiteindeksiin verrattuna. Erityisesti salkut Suomessa ja Saksassa osoittivat hyviä tuloksia, toinen 9.9 ja toinen 5.3 prosenttipisteen lisätuotolla.

*Lisätuotto vuosineljänneksen aikana osakesalkkua kohti ennen välityspalkkiota viiteindeksiin verrattuna. Lasketaan prosenttipisteinä tähän asti tänä vuonna saatu lisätuotto miinus lisätuotto edellisenä ajanjaksona.

Koko ajanjakson aikana on painotettu sitä, että salkun osakkeet heijastaisivat markkinoiden koostumusta ja salkkujen riski on ollut markkinoiden riskin suuruista.

Aiempaa strategiaa pidetään edelleen hyvänä.

  • Stockpicking, mutta pyri siihen, ettet mene liian kauas indeksistä, ainakaan silloin kun indeksi on negatiivinen tai neutraali.
  • Osta nousevilla trendeillä olevia osakkeita keskipitkällä/pitkällä aikavälillä, tai silloin kun on vahvistettu kurssikuvioiden rikkoutumisia tai vastuksen rikkoutumishetkillä.
  • Ole varovainen tukeen perustuvan oston kanssa laskevilla markkinoilla. Myy vastukseen perustuen laskevilla markkinoilla. Ole varovainen vastukseen perustuvan myynnin kanssa nousevilla markkinoilla. Osta tukeen perustuen nousevilla markkinoilla.
  • Anna voittojen juosta, mutta leikkaa tappiot nopeasti.
