Resultater modelporteføljer andet kvartal 2012 (18. juli 2012)

Investtechs modelporteføljer steg i andet kvartal gennemsnitligt 1.3 procentpoint i forhold til referenceindeks. Især porteføljerne i Finland og Tyskland viste gode resultater, med merafkast på henholdsvis 9.9 og 5.3 procentpoint. I Danmark slog porteføljen indekset med 4.2 procentpoint.

*Merkafkast i kvartalet for portefølje før kurtage i forhold til referanceindeks. Beregnes som procentpoint merafkast hidtil i år minus merafkast per forrige periode.

I hele perioden er der lagt vægt på, at aktierne i porteføljerne skulle genspejle markedssammensætningen, og risikoen i porteføljerne har været på linje med markedet. Når dette tages i betragtning, anses resultaterne for meget gode.

Strategien fra tidligere anses fortsat god:

  • Stockpicking, men prøv ikke at gå for langt fra indeks, i hvert fald når indeks er negativ eller neutral.
  • Køb aktier i stigende trender på mellemlang/lang sigt, eller ved bekræftede formationsbrud eller brud på modstand.
  • Vis forsigtighed ved køb på støtte i faldende markeder. Sælg på modstand i faldende markeder. Vis forsigtighed ved salg på modstand i stigende markeder. Køb på støtte i stigende markeder.
  • Lad gevinsterne løbe, men begræns hurtigt tabet.
