US 500 rises for the fifth day in a row

The market showed a small gain Friday, and S&P 500 ended the day at 5969 points, which is an increase of 0.3 percent. The week as a whole showed a gain of 1.7 percent. The index has now closed up for the fifth day in a row.

380 shares showed a gain and 118 showed a loss. 3 shares were unchanged and closed at the same price as the previous day. There was no trading in 1 shares.

Total value of the trading volume for shares and primary capital certificates Friday was approximately 318.6 billion.

Procter & Gamble moved up and ended at 176 $, which is an increase of 2.0 percent. The stock has now closed up for the eighth day in a row and this past week the stock has gained as much as 4.0 percent. Technically it also looks good. The stock is trend wise positive in the medium term and a further increase is indicated.
Tesla developed positively, and gained 3.8 percent to a close of 353 $. The stock has not closed at a higher price since Apr 2022. The stock has by that gained 89.7 percent since the buy signal from the inverse head and shoulders formation six months ago.
Walt Disney developed positively, and gained 0.8 percent to a close of 116 $. We must go back to May 6 to find a higher close for the stock. Technically it also looks good. The stock is trend wise positive in the medium term and a further increase is indicated.
Deere & Co. moved up and ended at 447 $, which is an increase of 2.1 percent. The stock thereby broke the previous record from Jul 2023 and set a new all time high. This past week the stock has gained as much as 12.0 percent. It also looks good technically. The stock is trend wise positive in the medium term, has support at 414 $ and a further increase is indicated.
General Motors closed up 5.1 percent to 58.53 $. We must go back to Jan 2022 to find a higher close for the stock. Technically it also looks good. The stock is trend wise positive in the medium term, has support at 50.00 $ and a further increase is indicated.
